WHERE

  • Porches on Chestnut, Mulberry & Livingston Streets

MUSICIANS

  • Each performance set is 50 minutes long, and each musician or band will perform one set during the day.

  • Each band or musician will have at least 50 minutes to set up on their assigned porch or yard before their performance begins.

  • PORCHFEST hosts will provide access to an electrical outlet, but we strongly recommend bringing extension cords (and any power strips you may need) just to be safe

  • Musicians are welcome to have a tip jar and may also sell merchandise such as CDs, vinyl, shirts, or other band items.showcased by a range of talented local musicians.

VOLUNTEERS

  • While the musicians shine, the volunteers keep the entire operation moving

LOGISTICS

  • Free Parking: at the Fairgrounds - large lot on Mulbery Street across from the bandstand.

  • Food: A few local food trucks & food concession tables will be availalbe. No alcohol is allowed at the event.

  • Smoking: This is a smoke free event.

  • Restrooms: Portable toilets (handicap accessible) will be availalble.

  • Security: Rhinebeck Police will be at the event. Bike police and police vehicles will be there to ensure safety.

  • Merchandise: An assortment of t-shirts and souvenirs will be available for sale.
